Tyler came across to join Injection Development in 2017 as an Apprentice in his final months.  Qualifying in 2018, Tyler brings an up to date approach and prospective on the Industry.  His development has been impressive and his contribution to the team is invaluable.  Tyler demonstrates a natural affinity with the job.

Sarah joined in 2002 and co-owns the business.  She is responsible for the Business Management & Development. Sarah obtained a BSc Hons in Business & Marketing & is a well-connected business woman within the diesel network nationally. Stan has contributed to the development & maintenance of diesel technology since the 1960’s. He was formerly a Development Technician for Robert Bosch in Uxbridge before setting up business in Kent in 1985 and remaining co-owner.  Stan continues to expand his expertise with new common rail technologies & is responsible

Dales background also began with a Mechanics Apprenticeship, qualifying in 1981 & has been working in the diesel industry for almost 40 years. Dales expertise are in older diesel technology still seen on agricultural, plant, marine, light rail & automotive applications. Dales extraordinary depth of knowledge means we can continue
